If you have any self respect for yourself, if you have any pride, and if you have any love for your girlfriend, this shouldn't be an issue to you! Do the smart thing and remain faithful to your girlfriend. You'd be a tramp if you had an affair with your boss just for the money, and you could even risk losing your job. Tell your boss that you are in a relationship with someone and you are not interested. If he keeps bothering you, that's sexual harassment and you can report him and get him fired. First of all, I would advise you to not accept any money from a boss unless it's included in your payroll check and will be reported on your W-2. I have a friend that uses a saying for this situation....what you don't start you don't have to figure out how to put a stop to later. If you open this door...it's going to be difficult to close it. I'd either report the boss to the H. R. dept. or find another job--this is sexual harrassment or getting close to it. Tell your boss that it wouldn't be appropriate, document the solicitations, conversations, save any notes he gives you, etc.--you may need to protect yourself down the road when you find yourself on the unemployment lines. And you can bet, that once you comply with a request many others will follow. So--don't do it.

stay faithful if u would not like it to be done to you by the person you love. money is the roots of evil. don't listen to others, do what you know is right. your boss is probley married, than will fire you later if you don't do what he tells you when u decide not to be with him anymore or what ever. or maybe as when he does get you in bed,he would ask you to bring in another girl so he can prove to his buddies he has been with 2 women at a time. than he will put you in his slut list. men are that way! good luck.

yes it's cheating. im in the same situation, Im not gay, but i have a boss who's in love with me, and offers me money and other things. i havent accepted anything because i know that it will get very messy. i dont want to risk my reputation or have to have sex with him. it always leads to that. good luck

Don't do it. You have more self respect than to do anything like this for money. You know who you are and what you are...to do anything with him would only lessen the type of person you are.
Also, what he's doing is sexual harrassment!!!! Can you talk to someone in HR about it? (BEFORE you do - if you do - talk to a lawyer first!!!!!)
