There is no station called Madison on the Red or Blue lines. However, if you leave the train at Washington (except it's closed for a year) or Monroe, signs will direct you to the exits closest to Madison Street, which is between Washington and Monroe streets. You could even exit the train at Lake or Jackson and walk to the Madison exit...it's one enormously long platform with those four stops along it. This is true of the Red Line (under State Street) and the Blue Line (under Dearborn Street).
