I personally think that if a person is going to be rude, then don't bother replying just so you can earn some points. I know alot of people like to ask questions merely for curiosity and people can just be so rude. I mean get a life and don't waste my time reading it. I know that there are people who like to follow questions around just to gain some points and I think that is pathetic. I mean haven't you heard the saying if you haven't anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?!

Proud Wife - I think it is aggrevating you since you obviously have to follow my questions around. I posted these to see other opinions and had a feeling you would post a reply.......

You are very welcome for your two points....

Just check the above answers, people are ignorant. I kinda take Yanswers seriously. I only answer questions that I deem as good. It really annoys me when I ask a question and get rude responses. You can pick up all the points you want, but what matters, to me at least, is the best answers. I want to help people with my advice and never answer a question just for the points. I agree with you totally. Some of these people are brain dead with no morals. Sometimes they say very hurtful things. What can you do? Ignore the stupid. Thanks!

rude is relative...just because someone says something that is not well received does not make what was said rude, however if what they said receives enough scrutiny it is then labeled rude (don't agree with it personally, but that's the way the mop flops)...also consider that most people don't want the truth they want to be babied and catered to and when they don't get the response that they want they call the response rude...i'm not saying that i haven't seen some pretty questionable answers here, but when you pose a question to hundreds upon hundreds of people you must prepare yourself for what some of the answers may be...not everybody takes this question/answer situation seriously and may abuse their ability to respond or to be responded to...

i have to say that sometimes i am guilty of this....but i am not so rude as to call them names. 95% of the time I answer very truthful and respectful, but that other 5% i cant' help it...lol. i resist as much as possible...but i NEVER call them names and be down right rude like some i have seen

i told this one girl to redo her question b/c there were so many typos and slang i couldn't even understand her question...turns out she was looking for a hook up...but she contacted me through here and called me a b**** for tellin her to redo it and not use this as a hook-up site...she was in her late teens and i am 30......that's a real mature response on her part right?

I agree!

Although, there is a difference between people being rude and people diagreeing with the person asking the question. If they disagree, so what?

If the person is just being rude and childish, they shouldn't say anything at all.

Good luck with that!

I agree. I asked a question the other day and I couldn't believe some of the responses I got. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one on here that believes in the whole "if you don't have something nice to say..." saying. :)

It's hard not to say something when the question is either stupid or common knowledge.
