Yes it is. It's extremely rare of course, but certain mutations of a gene can cause the formation of 3 testicles. A woman on here the other day was asking about her bf having 3. A rarity, but it does occur.

Yes, it's called polyorchidism (meaning "more than two testes") and it's very rare... less than 100 cases reported in medical literature. Triorchidism (three testes) is the most common form. Read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyorchidism
