yeah i guess it is freaky that their not getting one because i reckon that "call me when your sober" was a big hit. Well at least in australia. I reckon that they are much better in2006 than 2003, they have made their music genre more of a 21st century kinda thing

Amy and co. will be all over the Awards show next year... Lyrically, she's a great writer. Very intelligent and deep... May not be for everyone, but they've got their following!!! They Rock! and they're everlasting! Wonderful things to come for Evanescence...

They really did not deserve to be nominated as this year's album was nothing special. Guess they made the mistake many groups do of releasing such a brilliant first album and then being unable to follow through. She does have a great voice, though and who knows - perhaps they will return with something successful again.

Yes, i think it's odd. There sound has changed a lot, however I dont think it was for the worse. They're hit "Call Me When Your Sober" should have gotten them a grammy, I think. I know it topped the charts in I-Tunes for quite awhile..

Maybe they aren't nominated because they released the album so late into 2006.

I don't think they deserve a Grammy this year, and I actually don't like their style of music anymore. They had their hits, but they aren't everlasting or award winning.

I'm not impressed with their second album, except for "Call Me When Your Sober". I loved their first album, so I'm disappointed with this one. So I agree with with the grammy people, for once.
