first check your heater settings on your dash to see that they are set correctly. Then your next possible issues would be to first check your coolant to see if it is low. Then see if your temperature guage appears at a lower temperature than usual. If if is, that may indicate that your thermostat needs replaced. If still no or low heat, have your heater core checked by a professional.

most likely the heater core is busted. Watch out for leaking coolant...if it is an older car, and you are the new owner, someone may have bypassed the heater core to avoid fixing it.

It also could be that the heater core is blocked or clogged it happens all the time.

low coolant, air lock in heater, hot water control valve failure, poor water pump , plugged heater , thermostat failure, try those .
