Commission sales jobs are usually easy to get because it takes a very particular type of person to do the job successfully. If you are a bold person who is not afraid to lie, you can make a lot of money.

As far as I know, most jobs with good pay, and most jobs require some sort of experience.

My brother did OK as a utility locator but he lived in a fairly bad area and didn't have anything for things beyond necessities.

Good man.
Try your local government such as street repair or even the post office. They will train you for your CDL in local government and then you can be promoted from there or to to another job driving and/or repairing streets.
Post office is a little harder to get into, but the job is not that hard and stressfull either.
