BLACK!!!!! they are classic and look better than nude, nude ones make you look sickly

I think high boots with skirts are hot. As far as black or nude, I'd have to say that it depends on your legs. If they're a little thicker, the black might slim them down a bit. The nude would probably be more fitting with slender and toned legs.

If the mini skirt is a lighter color then wear the black pantyhose if darker color wear nude this will definitly make your legs look slim and longer (what girl wouldnt want that) and make the skirt stand out im sure the boots will look flawless with either color its all about the skirt smooches

Right now what is in fashion is black panyhose/tights with knee high boots and a skirt that falls just above the knee. I think black is a better choice and will make you look thinner.

I would go with the black pantyhose or thigh highs or stockings alot of that depends on your age. Sounds like a great outfit.

Black always look better they slim the leg and are all round classics (no one looks good with barely black it's like you've not washed). Also they tend to be a thicker denier so keep your legs warm.
Nudes are better in the summer or if you have a really good colouring. Me my legs always look slightly blue so it's always black pantyhose.

Since everything else is Black ..black hose will look younger and cooler.It will elongate the leg...making the legs look longer and slimmer...which is what we all want.
Only old ladies wear nude pantyhose. I am in my 30's and wouldn't dare touch them.

Black panty hose...... NUDE pantyhose are not flattering, they look like your trying to cover up some scar or something.... Black looks classic and cute. They look very sophisticated also.... def go with black.

i love boots! I only were given a pair of fringey boots yet they bypass lower than the knee. If i have been given the boots you've i'd positioned on them with darkish skinny jeans a white lengthy sleeved blouse and a cool belt.
