can u suggest any other cell phone which is of same cost but much better

well which ever you can afford because you dont want a cool phone and cant use it

Ok here goes.......
6233 - 2MP camera alluminium body blah di blah. Supports 3g data speeds, bluetooth, loudspeaker,upgradeable memory via transflash cards. No video calling as there is no front facing camera. It's a standard Nokia really but build quality is good.
N70 - one of Nokia's first smart phones. It's a year older than the 6233 but, on paper is abetter handset. 2Mp camera and VGA on the front for video calling. It runs on symbian software meaning you can download extra programs to run on the phone. You can view word, powerpoint and excel files via the mobile office application. It'a a sturdy handset although most nokia N-series phones are quite slow in accessing files and opening programs. Check out symbian.com for available software titles. Ah, one other thing, you can download tomtom or wayfinder for all your GPS needs onto your phone. If you are looking for one though, try the N73, Nokia's latest smart phone. 3.2 MP camera, larger screen and also symbian. enjoy

N70, IMHO. I don't like the keypad on 6233.

i would get n73....much better quality
