Probably because our brilliant politicians are all afraid that doing so might instigate a riot! Like after the Rodney King verdict became legitimate fodder for some innocent white truck driver to get his head bashed in with a brick.
I agree...it's a totally f*cked up idea.

affirmative action worked in its time but now its just its not needed afro americans are so much part of who we are as americans now that will never change.
