The Florida "Cession"? The Spanish owned Florida to begin with..i live in what is called the Florida Parishes of Louisiana because at one time the Spaniards owned it. And since they were mostly Catholic we do not have counties as such but parishes. Then there were the Seminole Wars in Florida. And then the war of 1812..Andrew Jackson played a large part in that. You need to be more spectific in your question.
