It is basically soap thats gelly, its more like a body wash than it is soap, but it does the same thing. Often times it is scented,and you can find some at places like Bath and Body Works or Victorias Secret. :o)

It's basically soap in liquid form in a bottle that foams up when you smear it all over you under the shower. And if you pick the right brand, it smells yummy too:)
