It's their 24th and I have no idea what to do. They hardly ever get to go on dates or spend much time together. Any suggestions?

Hey! Good for them for staying together so long! When my parents were celebrating their 25 years of marriage, me and my sister planned a big surprise party with all of my parents friends and family their to surprise them. When my parents saw they cried and they were so happy. During the party they renewed their vows in front of a priest and then opened presents. 24th anniversary: Musical instruments. This is a kind of strange gift so instead of an instrument, how about tickets to a concert, or a new cd for the collection? Maybe they would like that? Good luck!

Hmm - good all of it is dependent how much cash you need to spend - Anniversaries are a tough one - are you able to have enough money every week finish away for them - you'll get a few low-priced offers on the second - you might ask a few loved ones contributors to chip in to aid with the rate. I'm certain they are going to respect some thing you do for them. Good good fortune!!

Gift certificate to a restaurant.
How old are you? Can you babysit your smaller siblings while they go out?
Just do something so that they will have time to go out on a date. Maybe even leave them alone for the night. Go stay with a friend or something.

get the entire family out of the house, give them some privacy, light candles, and some nice music, i mostly like ' love is all ' for Marc Anthony, and 'remember when' for Alan Jackson.
provide some desserts, and drinks, if you insist on a gift then probably a set of wrist watches. or bath robes.

Give them a gift card to the movies and a restaurant. then make your own coupon book with things like "one night of free baby sitting" if they have kids or a "handy man pass" to help them with stuff around the house so they have to get out.

What my siblings and I did for Ma & Pa - we purchased a downtown Ft. Worth bed & breakfast voucher. We all met with them for dinner, then left Ma & Pa there for their evening away from home. They had a great time !

One time, for Mom, we bought her an all-day spa treatment from Neiman Marcus that included hair done, makeup, massage, steam bath, manicure and such. For Dad? If he's into golf, then some special package there. Maybe....

Spa for Ma, Golf for Pa, then that evening, Dinner downtown and retire at a cute little bed & breakfast! Awwwwww =)

You answered your own question. Make reservations for them for a night out of dinner and maybe even stay at a hotel for the night or the weekend.
