If you are looking for a word ending in -nym then you need a Greek source rather than Latin.

The opposite of pseudonym is autonym (literally the name of oneself) which is getting close to what you want.
The Greek words that relate to "personal" are ιδιος "idios" and οικειος "oikeios". To create an English word for "personal name" we'd have to invent idionym or oeconym. (or econym)

In Latin "personal" in the sense of one's own can be any of the following~ proprius, peculiaris, suus
Also, in the sense of private ~ privatus
belonging to a person ~ personalis

Hmmm .... I'm not exactly certain what you are asking, but there are a number of possibilities.

Coram means personally, face to face.

Persona means something like a mask, or role, part, character, etc.

Erga means "of personal relations" or about.
