At 24 pounds it looks like 1.6ml (on the dropper it should say 0.8, so do that twice). She's so close to 24 pounds, I would go ahead, or just do one and a half dropper. Make sure you have INFANTS. If it's CHILDRENs, it's a different amount.

Wow, I didn't know that Tylenol was so mean as to not put instructions on the bottle...I was going to tell you to read the bottle, but I saw the followong website that told you to ask the baby's doctor.
Maybe it's time America started using Calpol!

Look on the box, if you don't have the box then find the tylenol number on the bottle and call and ask them. IF the fever goes above a 101.1 then take him to the hospital. Keep giving him fluids, give him a clod bath, dry him off but don't cover him up. Cheack his temp ever 30 min.

1/2 tsp. i think. It should say on the children's tylenol bottle. Syringes to squirt t in their mouth can be found for free at anypharmacy, usually- if you ASK. Now, why the child needs it is another story. And you have to be areful giving it to them all the time, because tyleol destroys the liver in high or ongoing does.

look at the amount it says on the tylenol package. If Any thing call the doctor office or hospital and ask them what they think.

Please - if your doctor isn't in, call another doctor, or an urgent care facility.

Most doctors have someone (another doctor) available to answer questions like yours on back-up call. Ask the doctors office or the exchange to transfer your call to the doctor on call or give you their number.

Your babys fever can be a serious symptom. Get professional advice.

Look on the back of the bottle at the weigh chart, if I believe under 24lbs give a little less than the 24lbs amount.

The dosing information is on the bottle. At that age and weight the dose is 0.4 mg or half a dropper. The dropper should already be calibrated.

is it baby tylenol that is 80mg/mL ? if so then (follow the directions) and he can probably have 2 mL of it.
also try a lukewarm bath and plenty of fluids to help bring down the fever
