That would be awesome, then i could meet Santa and lock him up under the stairs and take over his job and play with all the toys in the work and only work one day a year and get drunk whilst doing it.

HO HO HOOO!

Our parents stayed in bed until 8am. we were NOT allowed to open presents until then, BUT we were allowed to get our stocking and take it to our room as long as we were quiet, and now as a parent myself my mother tells me she did that, so that we would get all snapped up on Christmas candy, and Christmas morning would be that much more fun!!! Know wonder all of our Christmas morning pictures we were all full of BIG smiles, and we were all running and laughing!!!
