The NFL network comes with the top 100 on Dish network so you can watch it for free if you have the top 100. As far as where can you watch the game tonight. If you live in western Pennsylvania you can watch the game on the local CBS affiliate KDKA since it would get the regional coverage. SO as far as where can you watch the game? Any home in Western PA that has cable TV that can be changed to Channel 2 or if you are in the Cleveland areas their local station will also have the game. Just because the game is on NFL network doesn't mean you have to watch it on their network if you live in the region of one of the teams that is on.

It exists for the same reason as NBA TV - to promote the league and the sport, and to draw revenues by getting subscribers. They show "Total Access" each day, a Rich Eisen-hosted news and analysis show that I think is the best football show on any network. They also show abbreviated games each week, and they've started with more original programming. There's still too much filler, but it's getting better.
It's part of most dish packages, and many cable companies carry it as part of their premium packages. The biggest exception is Time Warner, who has been refusing to carry it for a long time.
I get that you're frustrated, but I don't think we should by any means boycott the channel. I'd suggest getting the channel through your cable company, or just switching to some kind of satellite service - like the guy a few answers above said, you won't regret it.

The NFL Network is part of the premium channel packages offered by most cable providers. The best way to watch it free is by walking to a sports bar, sitting in a corner and sipping on a water (you said free)...otherwise you have to pay for premium cable.

I doubt it. Its a merchandising and marketing component for the NFL. they choose your money and that they've not been making documents this 365 days especially venues not promoting out. I doubt they are going to enable this one out fro loose everywhere. Its a shame that they are punishing the followers. to pass right into a manage the cable agencies to not coach the sport till you pay the top rate NFL sprots kit (which the NFL gets a proportion) shows that the NFL would not care approximately followers and extremely almost money.

I'd have thought that the NFL Network would be pretty self-explanatory, but I guess not.
Good Lord, just go get a dish. You'll never regret it.
