I'm a housemom with a 6 month old, so I can't get too crazy or expensive here... I'm sick of watching the food network all darn day.

I've started planning a lot lately. Not just for work, but when I finish a project and have time throughout the day I try to plan the rest of my week a little better. I'm also in the middle of planning my wedding, so I'm busy looking at not only my company's budgets by my own and constantly searching for ideas online. There's always something to anticipate... why not start planning for it now?

Making cards and scrap booking is real popular right now. I took up crochet and cross stitch. Baking for others is fun. I love HGTV I like to redecorate and tile table tops. You can go to Carpet stores that sell tile and they have samples that have been discontinued and throw away, they will give them to you at no cost. You could break them up and do mosiacs. I've done several ugly tables and now everyone wants them. I even tiled the window wells in my house with 4X4 tile. I also used deco pauge (can't spell it) glue and cut out butterflies from fabric and glued on the tiles and put them up in the kids room.

After you read all the books you always wanted to, what about finding a hobby? I took fotography when I had my own child, and now I am the family's official photographer. Besides, I have numerous memorable moments from my son.

Shame on you, how can you be bored when you have a child to spend your time with?
I have my daughter every other week, and those weeks I do nothing but spend my time with her (other than going to work) and it is never enough.
Likewise, my weeks without my daughter I relax, watch movies and play video games.
