Evening Primrose helps a bit, I would stay away from the Raspberry Tea. It can cause hemorraghing. Walking can be helpful, and sex if you are in the mood! Most of us aren't! I tried the Basalmic Vinegar Salad dressing, I have no idea if that worked or not. There is also something called Cumin Tea. Look it up. There are so many things you can try, its kinda fun!
Good Luck!

Having sex kickstarted my labor 4 weeks early.

Hot curry is a spicy Indian dish. Spicy food won't work, otherwise you would have more premature babies in those countries that generally eat a lot of spicy foods (Mexico, Thailand, India, etc.).

Don't drink castor oil. It will just give you the runs.

Please be careful trying to induce labor. If there are unknown problems with the baby, it could really cause more trouble. Some babies are born in unpredictable ways, and anythig you put inside your body could harm you if not given by your doctor.

Have an orgasm. Your body releases the natural form of pitocin when you reach orgasm or by nipple stimulation. So have at it!!

(I applaud you for wanting to do things the natural way. I think it is a crime how they push epidurals & pitocin on mothers so that THEIR job is easier. Stay at home as long as you can once you go into labor!)
