I have to agree with entropy, water currently running on Mars. That is because this century is only 6 years old; all those other things, like computers or whatever, were discovered last century.

Since 2000? I read that some guy in Cologne moved data encoded in light at nearly 5 times the speed of light. I don't know any specifics, but that would get my vote. Warp drive here we come. WhooHooo!
