The question is a bit confusing to me.
If you are asking how long it stays in your body, that's impossible to say, because different drugs clear the body faster than others. Sometimes they are prescribed so the level of the drug in you goes up over the course of the treatment.
If you are asking how long you need to do this, that's impossible to say, too...because you don't say how many you have.
Also, are you expected to take them every half hour, day and night?
Maybe you should add some details, to help us out on this?
