I had an interview monday and now it is thursday they said they will contact me in 4 to 5 days is it to soon to call?Also I had called back wednesday to ask a question I didn't mention in the interview and they said she was in orientation so does that mean that I didn't land the Job or I would've been in orientation?

Yes, it is too soon to call. I wouldn't worry about the orientation; it might have been for another position. Wait until Tuesday to call. In the meantime, if you have her email address, send her an email thanking her for her time on Monday ONLY. It probably isn't the best idea to ask a question you forgot to at the interview two days later; you can wait until you hear back from her.

It depends, perhaps there was more than one position. However, to answer the question. No, it is not too soon. You should call and follow up. You can let her know that you just wanted to thank her for the opportunity to interview, ask if there was anything further you could provide her, and when she expects to make a decision....

Relax and give it a few more days. If you don't hear from them within a week from the day you interviewed, it's safe to assume they're not interested in you. Always have a few offers lined up so that you have an exit strategy if one interview leads to nowhere.

Doesn't sound positive but would suggest calling every other day until you get some kind of answer. Even if the answer is no, couldn't hurt to call back in 10 days or so.
