Take prenatal vitamins, eat right, and take care of yourself and there is no reason that you shouldn't be able to carry your baby to term. My cousin had her son when she was 16 and she did fine. If you are scared, try finding someone you can talk to like a mother or sister, especially someone who has already had a baby. There are a lot of strange things about being pregnant, and you will often be worried that something is wrong, but most things are normal. Go to the library and check out some books on pregnancy, if you can get "What to Expect When You're Expecting," that's a really good rescourse. In general, don't worry too much. You will have enough stress when the baby comes, just try to keep yourself busy and surround yourself with supportive people. Good luck!

How do you mean "lose"? Do you mean with some sort of complication or that it may be aborted? I asume the first one is what you are talking about. Just be very careful; eat sensibly, don't smoke or drink alcohol, don't do anything overly physical, be VERY careful if your going down stairs and other such situations where you may fall. And another little tip, don't get too stressed out, that can affect the child a little bit as well. Just try to relax and then you'll see you had nothing to worry about when the child comes! Good luck!

it seems such as you dont rather understand how u experience bearing directly to the placement because of the fact interior the begining u mentioned u dont think of ur waiting to have a infant and interior the top u mentioned u think of ud b a very good mom,so rather attempt to get ur concepts right away at first in view that's an extremely real subject.additionally think of bearing directly to the full interest and faculty element,do u think of u can purely make ur moms and dads watch the infant ALL DAY while ur working AND in college, thats not honest to them or the infant,it wont even understand u.think of roughly those issues as they are significant.i had to drop out of tech college (im 19 so i might already finished extreme college) as quickly as I have been given pregnant because of the fact the father has to artwork all day and so does my mum so what became into i guna do? I could shield my infant, its MY accountability, not my mums.yet heavily, the father is going to verify and if u love him lots and uv been at the same time 3 years then i cant think of hed pass away now yet whether thats the case you owe loyalty greater to ur infant then ur boyfriend.and u will start up exhibiting quickly,im on my first being pregnant and that i began out to tutor to strangers at approximately 14 or 15 weeks, thats basically 3 and a nil.5 months!!!! u dont have continuously interior the international,he would be conscious and then be rather pissed that u werent honest with him interior the 1st place.

Dont children know how to be children anymore in this day and age? When I was 16(wasnt that long ago) we were worried about how we were gonna get cars and and what movie we were gonna see. I feel sorry for you. I hope you have a healthy baby, and get what you need for your baby. I know I'll get alot of thumbs down, but this just makes me upset to see young girls having babies! Have a life before you make a decision that will change your life forever! I had my first child when I was 18, if I had to do it again, I would change the time I had her to live my life more.

What exactly are you scared of loosing your child too? The state or miscarraige? Well let me start off my saying that as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle theres no way in predicting that you'll miscarry. And someone (the state) has to prove you an unfit mother. Meaning that you cant take care of the child properly. You have to have a clean, drug free, liveable home and love and care about your child. Make sure there fed and bathed at all times.

Are you scared you'll miscarry or are you scared you'll lose custody?
To help avoid miscarriage. Don't lift over 25 pounds, drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Take it easy if you feel crampy. Unfortunately though, when it comes to miscarriage...there is no actual way to prevent it.
To avoid losing custody, be a good parent. And thats a tall order for a 16 year old. NOT IMPOSSIBLE though! I wish you luck. :)

Nobody can take your child away from you unless they deem you an unfit mother. You don't say anything about your home situation, so it is impossible to give advice here.
*edit* oh ok, you're talking about miscarriage. Unless you have some sort of condition you are not mentioning, you should be perfectly capable of carrying a baby. Your body will handle it. Don't worry.

By losing your child, do you mean, miscarriage or from someone taking it after birth. As far as the miscarriage goes, there is no way around it happening unless you are over 20 weeks I think it is. It occurs alot of the time due to chromosome imbalance. If you mean after birth, then no one can, unless you are on drugs and the baby tests positive, or if you are an unfit mother. Good luck with everything.

Why would you lose your child. I was 16 when I had my first son. Just be strong and stay in school. Remember you need to graduate for yourself and your baby. Read books on pregnancy and ask questions about things from your doctor, mom, and any one you know who has had a baby. It will be ok. If you want to talk email at amy61283@yahoo.com
