So far? Evolution is a continuous process since the dawn of life, so a couple of billion years. Existence: maybe a million years. Civilization: around 10,000 years.
To go? Anyone's guess, but I'm just hoping we last through my lifetime.

Existence: Hard to say. The process of becoming fully human from our Homo sapiens ancestor occurred over a period of about 50,000 years, from about 100,000 years ago to 50,000 years ago. So, let's say existence for 50,000 years.
Civilization: that requires agriculture. Agriculture was invented independently many times, and in some cases abandoned and rediscovered. Anyway, about 20,000 years.
Evolution: If you accept macroevolution, 3.5+ billion years.
