They have a cool station called BETJ. It is a jazz oriented station. They show a lot of live performances, and concert footage of jazz greats. On the weekends they show Raggae and other carribean videos included Raggaeton videos. They show a lot of smooth R&B. some current, but a lot of videos from the 90's like SWV, Brian Mcknight. They show a lot of India Arie some Mary J. It's a cool station. They have 2 smooth R&B shows on is called "The turn on", and Grown Folks Music. The lady that host the turn on does not hold back with the questions she asks the artist. Always current R&B stars.

Yeah, It's full of reruns but I love it just the same. I just wish that on 106th and park they would play the full video for the GOOD songs and not the one's nobody cares about.
P.S. mr man who commented, you dont have to be black to watch BET, I watch the Spanish channel all the time!

Not that much anymore, now that I'm older , but I understand they are trying to broaden thier audience, which is something they should've done by now and that I'm gratful for. I've always thought thatthere should be more mature programs as well as a decent news division. I have always thought thier programs were one step above "garbage tv".
