the obvious answer is to get the kid to the emergency room and to stop asking questions on Yahoo questions. Doesnt it annoy you?

No, because most of them time, their kids illness isn't serious enough for the ER.

In my oh-so-humble opinion, the emergency room is for EMERGENCIES. Life or death. No treatment = irreversable damage.

Most people who end up in the ER do not meet these qualifications.

I dont have any kids, but I would assume that not all illnesses warrant a trip to the emergency room, buddy. :p
