any of the party supply stores will sell the pre-filled tanks...I believe Target has them also, as does WalMart

Woolworths sell a portable Helium bottle for inflating your own balloons this costs around £30 and it tell you how many balloons it will fill depending on the size of the balloon you wish to inflate!!

You can get them at a party store, Walmart or...some grocery stores. Walmart used to fill them for you too. If you have a lot (over 20) you need to go to the party store and ask them about doing them or how to rent a bigger tank. SeaS

The card shop called Birthday sells helium. If you dont have this shop near you try any large card shop.

We don't have Walmart in the UK. Why do they do that? Try Maplin's. They do a kit with balloons and bottle.
