I have a 10x12 wood shed that I purchased assembled. I have to move it about 3 feet.

The shed is about 1200 lbs empty and it sits on a crushed stone bed.

you need to raise it by digging a hole so you can put a car jack under it. raise the side that runs parallel to were you want to put it after you raise it slide a 2x6 piece of wood and some round steel pipes so it could roll on it 4 or five should be fine . now do the same thing to the opposite side. make sure the 2x6 are long enough to reach where you want it to go . And push get some help.

when you consider the cost ,time and problems you will run into rethink doing it yourself and just buy a shed and all you need is a clear place to set it on.other wise your looking at 400-600 in total material cost and two weekends to complete the job.that will include looking for and hauling in the material.and putting it up from slab to roof.the most you will save is about 200 300 dollars is that worth two week ends(may be three) with the guys, girls, friends, family, yourself at the lake

Jack it up and put something that will roll under it. Call a tow truck and they can move it using a "winch".
