Why would you want to? Obviously they are a loser and need to be locked up for the protection of society and themselves!

Google the Georgia Department of Corrections and see if they have an inmate lookup page online.
We have one here in Arkansas...you can go right to the page, type in the name you're looking for and it tells you where they are, what they're in for and when they're getting out.

if you have their name, typically when someone is in jail, they have a public record, which can be found by contacting your nearest law enforcement office. If you know the county, the clerks office or public records office has this info.
