With my case its a friend when they dont go out and blab your most darkest secrets. One who stands by you through thick and thin. One who cries along with you when the tough times are unbearable. One who does not judge you by your actions and has that ever ending ear to listen and not giving a lot of advise unless it warrants an opinion. One who would stand in the line of fire to protect and lastly one who would take the shirt of their own back to keep his/her body warm.That to me is what a true best friend is.

When you feel extremely close to that person and feel as if you can share your deepest feelings and secrets with them. You'll also know theyr'e your best friend when you feel as if whenever you feel sad, happy, (whatever) you can always depend on that person to go through whatever with you. My sister is my best friend.
