when i go on tagged.comit says some thing about cookies... how can i accept cookies?

when i sin in it brings this message up.
"In order to use this site, your browser must be set up to accept cookies. Please make this adjustment in your browser, then try again." how do i set my brouser to accept?? Please help!!!

tools->Internet options->privacy

select the one that you feel most comfortable with, or custom it regarding cookie policy
