Wow, now this is a very broad question.
There are the basics: floggers, cuffs, rope, paddles, vibrators, dildos, strap-ons ect..
Basically, it is whatever you find of interest and the items you like to play with. Some, do not use any equipment at all and others use a variety of things.
Becoming a Dominatrix is more about a mind set than a set of equipment.

A bed, a rack, stocks, a hook in the ceiling.
Toys, vibrators, plugs, whips, clamps, enema bag,
