Bath items are really appreciated by most women, cologne may be a good gift if you know what fragrance(s) she likes. Food items are always good, be careful of sweets, though, as so many people are watching their 'waistlines' this time of the year -- just kidding, but be aware that the recipient may be diabetic so you should check for sugar free sweets in that case. Of course, most gifts are more appreciated if presented wrapped in a lovely way, paper and ribbons are not very expensive, and really add a lot to the overall effect.

A nice set of mugs with an assortment of teas, coffees, hot chocolate packets. If you can get them within the budget some nice shortbread cookies and maybe a fancy jam--put in a basket with a bow. You can add some homemade things like a sweet bread, cookies or fudge or maybe a small box of confections.

If you know her well enough maybe a nice scarf, or maybe gloves and scarf set (if you live where it is cold).

If she is crafty a scrapbooking kit, jewerly making kit or the like. If not gourmet chocolates are a good item. A hand crafted scarf from a local artist is good as well.

A Starbucks gift card, or a giftcard for her latest habit. You know for the cinema, or for a dinner, or just STUFF! Giftcards always work because they are the right color and go with everything!

LOOK FOR GIFT SETS LIKE BATH & BODY PRODUCTS, PERFUME GIFT SETS OR EVEN TRY AT YANKEE CANDLE LOOK FOR WHAT IS CALLED A TART BURNER AND SOME TARTS THAT SMELL REALLY GOOD. YOU PUT THE TART IN THE TART BURNER AND A TEALIGHT CANDLE TO BURN IT AND THEY SMELL SO NICE. YOU CAN GET A TART BURNER FOR LIKE $13 AND YOU STILL HAVE ENOUGH TO BUY A FEW TARTS TO GO W/IT.
