Oh crikey! That is THE hardest thing to get out aside from gloss paint. I had to claim for a whole new carpet when i trod on mine.

Be interested to see if anyone know though! (the cleaner the insurance company sent out first, took one look and signed the paperwork off)

I once got lipstick out of a carpet by giving it a good scrub with hot water and washing up liquid.

Use Exit soap it works a treat. My partner works in the fashion industry and women are forever getting Lipstick on clothes when trying them on she used have to get them dry cleaned until she found Exit soap. Now its heaps cheaper, easier and her staff in all her shops now have bars of it at the ready. Its amazing

soak it with boiling water and blot it untill you have got as much up that way as you (which should be most because the water melts it)
Then use shout or whatever stain remover you normally use.
An old secret from my Grandma!
She says it worked a treat when us kiddies were young! hehe.
good luck!!

get Fullers Earth from the chemist and pour it down and let it absorb for a few days then vacuum it up. Then call a carpet cleaner to get out the stain.
This will work.

sturdy Lord guy, what have been you doing in there? the only suggestion i grants you is attempt some Scotchgaurd twin action, assuming that's a real question. Oh, and don't do something which will set off blood crammed vomit on your next lodge stay.

Jo, get you a can of Spot Shot from walmart, spray the area, do not rub, blot, spray again, blot, it will take it up, I had red ink on my new carpet and it did the trick
