Because he invaded a country which he believed was a threat, which has caused the death of many innocent civillians. Sort of like Bin Laden but with the support of the state.
By the way, The American Heritage Dictionary defines terrorism as "The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons."

He is not a terrorist - terrorists fight asymmetric warfare. He is, in my opinion, a warmonger. Over 600,000 Iraqis have died (or so the figures read, who knows their accuracy) in this war. That is why he is regarded as a terrorist by many. They feel that the loss of innocent life in Iraq is not justified.
My personal feelings on the matter is that the invasion of Iraq was not justified, but the invasion of Afghanistan definitely was. However, Bush botched the Iraq invasion by failing to listen to his generals regarding troop levels. Regardless of whether or not he was going to invade, he should have at least taken the advice or those with technical expertise.

the purpose of a terrorist and it's ideology is to strike fear in to the heart of people.. Bush has been using fear to try and control the masses.. therefor making his actions more in-line with that of a terrorist.

because all they know is what the media is telling them, which is 90% bullshit. The only reason i say that is because 90% of what the government does is classified. So the media doesn't even know. they just put out all the negative things because good things don't attract or sell.
