The main thing that happens in Chain of Memories is you get introduced to Organization XIII. Also, you get to meet this girl named Namine who tries to rearrange Sora's memories so that he forgets all about what his past experiences and only remembers Namine. The further down Castle Oblivon Sora goes, Namine takes apart more of Sora, as well as Donald and Goofy's, memories and replaces with fake memories she made up. At the end of the game, Namine gives Sora the opportunity to put the gang's memories back together. Sora takes it. Sora is then put into a pod that puts Sora to sleep. When you beat the game you see pictures of a person in white. This is basically what happens in the game.

it tells a lot about the story, but you should be able to understand kh2 if you dont want to play it. it is a great game though, and after you beat it in sora's story it opens an option called reverse/rebirth, where you play as riku. its awesome

the game lets you know what is partly going on in KH2 but the game, except for playing as riku is lame. Also, it is based on cards, it sucks.

just play the game, its about 20 bucks on ebgames...
that way you know the whole story...
