Toilet paper,condoms aren't needed.Ever try and wipe your butt with a condom? But,if you wrap a roll of toilet paper around your ahem...,that is excellent protection,because you would never get it in!

Hmmm. I'd say toilet paper. But only because I am happily married, my wife can't conceive anymore, and we have 6 kids. So condoms are something I don't have to worry about. But I have been known to get a little irate if there is not any "good" toilet paper around. But that is just me.

Well considering I don't need condoms anymore. I have had my kids and have been fixed I would have to say I really need the toilet paper now lol. Nice question :)

Condoms. There are other methods of birth control, but not a lot of good substitutes for toilet paper!

Toilet paper. If you are in a commited relationship then you dont need condoms, just get on the pill. If you are whoring yourself around town, then just stop. We all need to wipe our ***.

You can substitute toilet paper with tissue or napkins...condoms would be harder
