Just because you're self-employed does not mean you cannot be sexually harrassed. You have your clients/customers, vendors/suppliers, and anyone else you may have to come in contact with who may make any unwanted advances or comments. So, YES it is a problem for the self-employed.

Well, not really. If you are self-employed, you get to choose your clients as well as your suppliers. If a client harasses you, then you can just dump him/her. You can still sue for sexual harassement, but it couldn't be classified as 'work related'.

If you run your own business (i.e. employing yourself), but also have other people working for you, then yes. If you are the only one working, then no. Feel free to harass yourself.

possibly, if you're working online with other companies, sure they can sexual harass you with emails or over the phone
