Who's the better Batman: Bale, Keaton, Kilmer, Clooney, or West?

Bale did a wonderful job as the latest incarnation of the Dark Knight, but Adam West was and still is a cool old dude.

Keaton was good, if a little on the scrawny side. Kilmer and Clooney were bad choices, they should have never been allowed to wear the mask. Haven't seen the latest one, so I couldn't tell you on Bale, but for me, Adam West will always be Batman. It was before my time, but I still watch reruns.

West is my favorite. And I liked seeing the dark attitude of Michael Keaton. Haven't bothered to see Clooney, Kilmer or Bale's versions.

Well, Bale and Kilmer were the hottest and West is the embodiment of the classic, but Clooney was annoying, so I'll have to say that Keaton gets my vote on this one. I mean, yeah, he's normally a commedian, but that's what made him so great in the role! It allowed him to tap into that darker, more twisted part of himself and pool it all together with angst, distress, and a level of seriousness that was uniquely and unusually his.

I have to say I loved Michael Keaton the best! My second choice is George Clooney. They both seemed to have a good dark side. I never saw the last one with Christian Bale but I still don't think he could change my mind :)

I think Keaton made a great Batman. But if I had to choose Batman based on looks I would choose Clooney.
