There are web sites which offer free anonymous surfing, by using them you can skip your administrators ban on some sites.
Connecting to a web page through their free services will mask your identity. The administrator can see the web address of that proxy site only - not the actual site address which you viewed through that proxy site.

Here are some -
www.cyberarmy.com
www.anonymizer.com
www.btunnel.com
www.vtunnel.com
www.kickadmin.com
www.anonymouse.org
www.proxy.org
www.proxify.com
www.youhide.net

Assuming that certain sites are being blocked, is't almost certain that the administrator can block proxy sites as well.

Chances are, your school is using a third-party filtering program to restrict students and faculty from accessing unauthorized websites. Myspace happens to be on a list of sites they don't want to allow. The only way you can potentially get around the filtering is to access myspace via its IP address (216.178.32.137). This is not guaranteed to work as many of the newer fitering companies are smart enough to block IPs as well.

I endorse using http://www.vpnmaster.org to unblock web sites. I am using their services for more than 4 years without any complications.
