Closing Internet Explorer 7?

The first time I closed Internet Explorer 7, it asked me some question about opening tabs up next time. I answered one way and told it not to ask me any more. Now, I want to change it back. Is it possible to change that option? If so, how? Thank you!!!

Click Tools>Internet Options> on that tab you will see>Tabs>click on settings to change it to how you want it.

In IE7, click on the tools option, followed by internet options. It should be under there.
