Depends on what your definition of a terrorist is. Do we include heads of state? Then that list could easily include Bush, Putin, Hu Jintao (China), and Chavez would probably top my list, and not necessary in that order. If we are talking about non-heads of state, then Bin Laden, Hassan Nasrallah, and perhaps Leslie James Pickering may lead the list.

Again, it depends on what you define as a Terrorist.

Terrorist is a labal to make militant Arabs sound brutal, inhumane, violent, need to identify a particular group, rather than to group them into "Terrorist"

You people are insane. Number one terrorist is Osama. And you fools are playing right into his hands. Bush does not kill thousands of American civillians with plans to kill more. Bush does not intentionally kill civillians EVER.
