For example, While In park the engine sounds as if i am pressing the gas, when driving, the car it will speed up to 35 to 40mph without me pressing the gas. How can i get my car to stop being accelerated? Its getting annoying, Thanks for any help.

spray some brake cleaner on the throttle cable and choke linkeage. when the weather gets cold, anything that moves and is dirty or worn is going to have a harder time moving. my old pickup was doing the same this morning, had to kick it three times before the idle went down. sprayed some brake cleaner on there it's all clean works good again.

Perhaps a carburetor adjustment, or overhaul. It is sticking on fast-idle.
