No. Matter cannot be created or destroyed. By moving, a fan just causes compressions and decompressions (or rarefactions) of the particles already in the air so that you can feel them hitting against you.

Ceiling fans do not produce extra air. It is impossible! :D

Fan's are not capable of reproducing anything. They are inanimate, manmade objects that move air around. There is no such thing as extra air.
