just kinda wondering because my girlfriend is sick but i dont know if it's a sign of pregnancy

being sick in the early stages of pregnancy is certainly a "sign", however, not all women get morning sickness, nor is it only restricted to the morning, nor is it only restricted to the beginning of the pregnancy. The best thing you could do is ask her if she has missed a period and if she will take a home pregnancy test. If this is positive, she will need to see her "female doctor" or OB-GYN asap to confirm the pregnancy, get an estimated delivery date and advise on diet, lifestyle etc.

There are a lot of pregnancy symptoms and the problem usually is that they are all similar to symptoms of other things. Sickness may be a symptom or she could have just eaten something that didn't agree with her or have the beginnings of a cold.
Has she missed a period yet? That is usually the first and most obvious sign.
Has she mentioned that her breasts are sore or tender?
Has she gained weight recently?
Is she more tired lately?
Can she smell things more or more easily? Increased sensitivity to odors can be a symptom.
Does she have to urinate frequently?
And, has she taken a home pregnancy test yet?
If she hasn't missed her period yet, wait until she does. Then have her take a home pregnancy test.

People get sick for a variety of reasons. The only way to know is to take a pregnancy test. Or wait and see if a baby comes out in 9 months.

sometimes morning sickness can be a sign of pregnancy all she can do is take a test to see rather she is or not.

Ask her VERY nicely.
You could force her to take a pregnancy test, but I recommend politely inquiring as to the state of her being.
