Number crunching just goes along with an M.B.A, regardless of what you get it in. Not being so good at it won't prevent you from doing well, but recognizing this problem is the first step to improving yourself. Remember, there's always your professor for help, fellow classmates, tutors, and most schools have a tutoring center to which you can turn.
Just remember, we're not talking rocket science by a long shot, but rather math such as algebra and possibly statistics. And don't worry because you're far from alone in not being good at math. I've got plenty of them in my classes, but with some additional resources and assistance, most can get through.
