1. The condom might be too big for the penis.
2. The condom might not be on the penis correctly
3. You might have a larger vulva opening allowing air to encircle the condom causing the air sound.

It most likely means that it was not put on properly.
It may have a hole in it or an airpocket from when it was rolled on.
Be smart if something like that is going on STOP the sex and put a new condom on. It will help keep you from getting pregnant or diseases. But improperly used condoms can be as bad as not using any protection.

It means abstain or you will soon be having a baby you may not be able to take care of! There's probably a hole in the condom. If you are going to have sex, use other methods of birth control too (i.e. the Pill, etc.) because condoms are not your greatest protection.

it means that there is air in the condom. It means the chances of it splitting are increased as the condom want put on properly as air makes the latex expand thinnig it meaning that sperm can break through. Thats why when you use a condom you should always sqeeze the teet whilst rolling it on.

You've blown too much air into it.
Stop what you're doing, remove the safety cover, allow air to escape until the meter reads "Medium", re-install the safety barrier, re-boot the system to purge the memory and restart.
If the problem persists, call a technician.
