What irks me about this type of person is usually it is someone that is you are more a friend/someone they can lend on to them than they are to you. In my history, everyone that is unappreciative and unreliable are those who call me when they need me, and I bend over backwards & sacrifice for; however when I need them, they have so many other things on their plate, they don't have the reseources (whether it be the time, the money, or the heart) to help me!

Well, how about the fact that you cannot depend on an unreliable person? They might tell you they will do something, but you can't count on it. That is incredibly irritating to me.
