Legal? perhaps.. I don't believe there are any laws against it (if there aren't, there should be) Morally, not. Its perverse.. and can lead to trouble... What ever lead you to ask such a thing???

It's only illegal to marry your sibling in most states, but if you just live together and have sex, there's not much anyone can say except eeww.
If you mean dancing, then of course, it's legal to dance with a sibling.

Laws against incest vary by state. This list is not complete. It is most likely illegal to have an incestuous relationship with your sister, if she is a blood relative. Just use your hand. It's also related by blood, so it will not be hard for you to pretend.
