Salma Hayek. The trick would be to keep my mouth moving whenever I looked at her. Seriously, when I've seen her on talk shows, etc., she has revealed herself to be funny, intelligent, and very quick witted.
Second choice, for similar reasons: Marlee Matlin. We'd get past the talking thing quickly.
Third, Laura Dern. Another beautiful and intriguing person.
Finally, Winona Ryder. She's been through some tough times, but she, too, is beautiful, has a fascinating personality, and is wonderfully talented.
